​This is a general meeting so it is a great opportunity for parents to come along and see how our P&C functions within our school. The Parents’ and Citizens’ Association Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, 14 March 2017 at 6.30pm in the school Administration building.    This will be followed by the March General Meeting at 7.00pm.

The following positions will be declared vacant and nominations will be accepted in writing prior to the meeting or from the floor – President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.  If you are interested in any of these positions or would like more information regarding any position, please leave your details with the school office and a member of the current executive will contact you or information can be found on the QCPCA website.

The AGM will be followed by our March General Meeting. I encourage you to become involved in the P&C and assure you that your support is valued.
