Cross Country and Middle Distance Running Training

​Albany Creek Sports Captain Jake Lemke is holding weekly middle distance and cross country training here at the school for any Albany Creek student interested in training as part of a whole group.  Jake is a State runner and wants to help students enjoy their running and increase fitness levels along the way.  He has tailored a fitness program that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  Training will be every Thursday mornings from 7.00am to 8.15am and students are asked to bring a water bottle, if possible a watch with a stopwatch and suitable running attire (running shoes, clothes – students will need to change back into their school uniforms before their WAVE class).
